Shipping
♔ UK – All orders are sent by First Class post. Royal Mail estimates 1-2 days for delivery.
♔ Europe – Shipping is via Airmail, and Royal Mail estimates between 3-5 days for delivery. However, please bear in mind that this is an estimate and customs clearance may vary from country to country, so it can take longer.
♔ Worldwide - Shipping is via Airmail. Royal Mail estimates 5 days, however, please bear in mind that this is only an estimate and it can take longer depending on customs clearance times.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If you require a tracking reference for your package or signed for delivery, I’m happy to arrange this – please contact me for more information and a price quote.
I always obtain a Certificate of Posting for every order. This offers limited coverage for postal loss (determined by Royal Mail on a case by case basis). In the rare event that an order is lost in the post I will file for loss, however this takes several weeks from the time of filing (overseas packages can be filed as lost after 25 working days have passed). For this reason insured or trackable postage is recommended if you prefer not to wait for the claims process involved in filing for loss with the Certificate of Posting. This does not cover damage in transit.
